The score that I scored in the Leadership Behavior Questionnaire is Task – 36 and Relationship 33. According to the scoring interpretation, the score that I have scored falls under the range of moderately high range (Northouse, 2015). I am quite shocked at the score of the relationship being less than that of the task for I am always working on building a relationship while I am leading the team but it might be correct for many times I only give instruction then focusing more on the relationship. My co-workers too thought that I am a leader who leads their group by giving instruction and guidance to the people rather than having a good relationship.
